This speciality comes from Vietnam, where today oolong teas of the highest quality are produced. The tea bushes harvested for the production of the 4 Season Oolong are already 25 years old. The harvest takes place four times a year, always at the beginning of the new season (spring, summer, autumn, winter). At the end of the year, the 4 batches are blended into a "cuvé". 4 Seasons Oolong is a rather short fermented Oolong tea.
