Japanese organic Matcha tea of very fine quality. Delicate Tencha leaves, shaded for 2 weeks with bamboo mats, are gently steamed, dried and then ground into jade green powder in traditional stone mills. Matcha Hikari glows bright green in the cup and offers a mild, sweet taste experience. Matcha is part of the traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
PREPARATION
Whisk 1/2 teaspoon with 100ml of 60-70°C hot water (traditionally with a bamboo whisk).
