Original white tea, obtained from the Da Bai Hao cultivar from Fujian. The climatic conditions in Yunnan allow natural fermentation, which lasts over 30 days. After pressing, the tea is stored for a further year to develop its aroma. The peacock, typical of the region, wonderfully describes the grace of this tea, which constantly improves with ageing.
