An incredibly full, round, and balanced tea from the first picking period. Thick, highly aromatic, almost nectar-like sweetness coats the tongue and provides a long-lasting flavor explosion. Accompanying notes of passion fruit provide a pleasant effervescence and round off the tea perfectly!
Preparation
Pour boiling water over 2 tablespoons (approx. 10-12 g)/liter and allow to steep for 2 - 3 minutes. The second infusion also tastes delicious or in a small pot: pour approx. 3g/100ml over 90 °C hot water and allow to steep for approx. 45-60 seconds. Several infusions are recommended until the aroma wears off.
