Japan Sunrouge Platinum
Sunrouge tea is a special green tea from Japan with a high content of special anthocyanins and catechins. As a result, it has remarkable health effects. The Sunrouge variety, in particular, continues the series of special Japanese green teas - such as the Benifuuki and the GABA tea - which are bred or processed in their own way to reach a high content of certain ingredients. From a health standpoint, these teas can all be described as functional teas or "specialists", which are exceptionally suitable for very specific effects and for specific diseases.
Preparation
2 good teaspoons of Sunrouge tea and about 0.2-0.3 l of water. Brew at a brewing temperature of 70-75°C and then steep for 2 minutes (for a harmonious tea with no particular therapeutic effect) or 5 minutes (for a therapeutic effect).
You can drizzle some fresh lemon juice over it and enjoy.
